Signature Therapeutic Massage
Personalized for your needs - light, medium or firm. With slow strokes, your muscles will be relaxed, building pressure, working out the knots where you need the relief. We use heat packs, Fascia Blasting, aromatherapy and more.

Prenatal Massage
Special relaxation massage for the mommy-to-be with careful considerations for a safe pregnancy. Relieves fatigue, sciatic pain and muscle aches. Light, medium or firm pressure.

Choice of Side-lying OR face-down using a prenatal pillow with a lovely tummy hole for baby and support all around.

Deep Tissue//Sports
Combo of Deep Tissue and Sports techniques, Myofascial and Fascia Blasting, the muscles are worked slowly, layer by layer, breaking up adhesions, scar tissues and increasing range of motion.
